If you want to change your reservation, you can use our rebooking guarantee. You can rebook free of charge up to 32 days before arrival.
- NO MONEY BACK
We do not give money back on the fare.
The booking cannot be cheaper, but the travel sum may be higher if you choose a period with higher rates (e.g. in high season).
- AVAILABILITY
Rebooking is subject to availability; accommodation must be available in the required period.
- PERIOD, NOT ACCOMMODATION
When rebooking, you change the period of stay, not the accommodation.
- WITHIN 12 MONTHS
The new arrival and departure dates must be within 12 months of the original arrival date.
Example: if you booked for 1 July 2024, you can rebook until arrival on 1 July 2025 at the latest.
- ONE-TIME REBOOKING
You may rebook your booking once.
- CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
After rebooking, the regular cancellation conditions apply, with a 100% cancellation fee.
- OTHER ACCOMMODATION
If Sun and Sea Holiday no longer lets the accommodation in the newly selected period, you may choose another accommodation.
Also in this case no money will be refunded on the travel sum.
If you do not contact us within the period of 32 days before arrival, the regular cancellation conditions apply.
