Is something broken or damaged?
That is unpleasant, but we are happy to help you.
Just send us a description and photos of the damage so we can determine what needs to be repaired or replaced. In some cases, we unfortunately have to charge for damage, but we will always contact you before doing so.
We do not charge for minor accidents, such as a broken cup, and normal user marks. In such a case, please let us know so we can prepare the accommodation for the next guest.
IS THE INVENTORY INCOMPLETE ON ARRIVAL?
Please let us know as soon as possible. Send a description and possibly photos of the damage or contact us by phone.
We will make sure we solve the problem as soon as possible.
TIP
If you have yet to start your trip, make sure you are insured. Liability or travel insurance may, depending on the conditions, cover the cost of damage to a holiday home.
