It is unfortunate that you have to cancel your reservation, but fortunately it is a option. Below you will find the standard cancellation conditions.
CANCELLATION COSTS
- More than 93 days before the arrival date: 15% of the rental price
- 94 to 62 days before arrival date: 50% of rental price
- 62 to 31 days before arrival date: 75% of rental price
- 31 days or less before arrival date: 90% of the rental price
- On the day of arrival 100% of the rental price
IMPORTANT
In case of cancellation, charges will only be made on the rental price. All other charges will be refunded.
BOOKING VIA ANOTHER PLATFORM
Did you book via a platform such as Airbnb or Booking.com?
Then the cancellation conditions of that tour operator apply.
In that case, you must also arrange the cancellation directly via the platform you booked with.

If you have cancellation insurance, you may be able to get a refund under certain circumstances. Check the conditions of your insurance policy.
