There are two ways you can cancel a reservation:
CANCELLING WITHOUT INSURANCE
If you do not have cancellation insurance, cancellation fees may apply.
These charges depend on the cancellation conditions associated with your booking.
CANCELLING WITH INSURANCE
If you took out cancellation insurance when making your booking, you can cancel under certain circumstances (such as illness or other unforeseen situations) without having to pay the full costs.
The coverage and conditions of the insurance will determine whether, and to what extent, the costs will be reimbursed. For extra security, you can take out cancellation insurance directly when booking.
