1. Go to My Sun&Sea account
2. Enter the email address you used while booking.
3. You will then receive an access link by email.
Also check your spam/unwanted e-mail if you do not receive an e-mail.
If the system does not recognize your e-mail address, please provide us with the correct e-mail address so we can update it for you.
